We are committed to your satisfaction. You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of your purchase. After this 7-day period, we unfortunately cannot offer any refunds or exchanges.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

    • If the return is due to reasons not caused by an error on our part.

    • If the item is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your return request, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method (credit card or other) within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
